        The most cordial and friendly understanding, goodwill and sentiments of cooperation subsisting so happily between Nepal and China from time immemorial and we really feel proud that Nepal and China alone are such two countries in the world who present such a unique  example of peaceful co-existence the like of which cannot be seen anywhere else. We both follow diametrically-opposed social, political and economic systems but yet we both are so close to each other in almost all sectors.  We do not have any problems at all between ourselves. China, despite being a developing economy herself, has been providing most liberal and unconditional assistances to Nepal in our all round developments. The most unique specially of this assistance is that any programme or project executed with Chinese aid produces immediate impact on our socio-economic conditions. These unique friendly and good neighborly relations have grown up through the constant exchange of visits between the two countries at all level, which are on record.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

        Nepal and the Nepalese people have the good faith and trust with China and the Chinese people. In this big friendly country, the six members high level Nepalese journalists delegation of Nepal Journalists Association (NJA) led by me had got the opportunity to visit the Greater China again at the cordial invitation of All-China Journalists Association (ACJA) from 16th<\/sup> December to 22nd<\/sup> December  2010.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

        In the NJA delegation, Chief Editor of Rahashya Weekly and Senior journalist Mr. Murari Prasad Gautam, NJA Treasurer Mr. Prakash Maskey, Chief Representative of Arpan Weekly Mr. Chiran Ratna Sakya and Press photographer  Mr. Pushpa Ratna Dangol were included.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Though our visit to China this time was fixed within a very short period, the ACJA had arranged all the programs with a great satisfaction.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

During this period, we got the opportunity to meet the high level Chinese Government authorities from MOFA, Information office of the State Council as well as senior media persons from ACJA, Economic Daily in Beijing, Kunming, Yuxi City and Dayingjie, the biggest village of Yunnan Province. The people whom we met and saw wherever we visited in Beijing, Kunming and Yuxi City were looking quite well-fed, well-dressed and well-cared for which gave a very clear impression that they had reached a position where worries about how to meet minimum requirements have no more to pain them. Neat and clean was the pattern of surroundings where we visited and the people were highly disciplined. The visit indeed afforded us with a unique opportunity of witnessing and experiencing with the highest sense of appreciation the charismatic progress, China has been achieving by leaps and bounds. The nature and contents of the overall socio-economic development, the Chinese people are accomplishing are so marvelous that every minute the country is going up in a manner beyond recognition.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Great Respect to Chairman Mao<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

During our stay in Beijing, we also got the opportunity to visit The Chairman Mao Zedong’s Mausoleum on 18th<\/sup> Dec. 2010 Saturday in Tianmen Square. While paying our great respect to Chairman Mao, we have also seen many foreigners and Chinese people paying great respects. Chairman Mao’s body lies in a crystal coffin in one of the halls surrounded by fresh bouquets of various famous flowers and grasses.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        At the southern end of Tian’anmen Square just behind the Monument to the Heroes of the people, there is the Chairman Mao Mausoleum. It is a relatively new structure, construction began in 1976 after the death of our leader Mao Zedong and completed only a year later in 1977. Chairman Mao was born on 26th<\/sup> December 1893 in Hunan Province. He passed away in Beijing on 9th<\/sup> September 1976 at the age of 83. While Chairman Mao was still alive, he was one of the first high-ranking officials to sign up for cremation, a procedure that was shunned by the superstitious population. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        Nobody were allowed to talk inside the building. The hall is 260 meters long from north to south, 220 meters wide from east to west and 33.6 meters high. Like the Monument to the Heroes of the people, it is also located on the central axis of old Beijing. It has five parts, namely, the Courtyard, the Memorial Hall, the North Hall, the Viewing Hall and the South Hall. In the Viewing Hall, the remains of Chairman Mao are displayed in a crystal casket. The casket is mechanically raised from a freezer for viewing during the day and then lowered again at night. It can be viewed on most mornings.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

          There is a white marble statue of a seated Chairman Mao in the North Hall. Behind it hangs a woolen tapestry with an inspiring phrase embroidered on it: Our motherland is such a great beauty. The hall also has an upper floor containing exhibits which describe in great detail the revolutionary careers of Chairman Mao Zedong, Premier Zhou Enlai, Marshal Zhu De and Chairman Liu Shaoqi.This sculpture right in front of us is entitled "Great Achievements." The statue is 8.7 meters tall and presents some of the great achievements the Chinese people made under the leadership of Chairman Mao. At the back of the mausoleum, there are two similar sculptures with the theme: "Carry the cause of our revolution through to the end."<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Tian’anmen Square and its Surroundings<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

         At the very heart of Beijing, sits Tian’anmen Square, the largest urban square in the world. This vast space, measuring 40 hectares has a historical significance to rival its size.Enlarged in the 1960s, Tian’anmen Square now measures 880 meters from north to south, 500 meters from east to west and can accommodate up to one million people. Classical Beijing planning however, didn’t permit public squares. They were seen largely as dangerous places where crowds could gather and diverted attention and focus away from the Emperor. Tian’anmen Square is therefore one of Beijing’s most modern sites and largely Mao’s concoction. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

         The 4th<\/sup> May demonstrations in 1919 against the Treaty of Versailles took place here. So too did anti-Japanese protests in 1935. Mao inspected his troops here during the Cultural revolution and in 1976, one million people gathered in the square to pay tribute to the Chairman. Today, visitors remember the square mostly for the images of the 1989 student demonstrations in this concrete mass which were relayed throughout the world. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

          The incredible size of the square, the gray colour of the surrounding buildings, the historical memories and the various monuments dotted about, leave some Western visitors unmoved by Tian’anmen. But the sheer wealth of historical sites and the political importance of the area make it a must-see for travelers to Beijing. This is not only the physical centre of China but also the centre of power and politics.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

West of the Square is the Great Hall of the People<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

This building erected in 1959 is the site of the China National People’s Congress meetings and provides an impressive site for other political and diplomatic activities. Twelve marble posts are in front of the Hall which has three parts the Central Hall, the Great Auditorium and a Banqueting Hall. The floor of the Central Hall is paved with marble and crystal lamps hang from the ceiling. The Great Auditorium behind the Central Hall have seats 10,000. The Banqueting Hall is a huge hall with 5,000 seats.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In Beijing, we visited the office of the Economic Daily where Deputy Editor in Chief Mr. Ding Shi briefed us the details of that newspaper. While briefing us, Director of Foreign Affairs Mr. Yan Wei was also present.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Effectiveness of  the Economic Daily<\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

         Founded in the early 1980s, the Economic Daily formally started its publication on 1st<\/sup> Jan. 1983. Since then, the Daily has dedicated itself to providing economic decision makers, business executives, economists, and people from all trades and professions with timely, accurate, and comprehensive news about China’s economy. The Daily has become one of the most influential and authoritative newspapers in China, an official outlet for the government to publicize its economic policies, a major database for Chinese entrepreneurs to gather information, and a reliable source for Chinese people to obtain business news relating to their daily life.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

         In more than two decades, the Economic Daily has forged strong relationships with various governmental organizations, and large state-owned or state-controlled enterprises and financial institutions. Headquarter in Beijing, the Daily also has 58 local bureaus in different provinces, autonomous regions, and large cities, and posts foreign correspondents in more than 20 countries which definitely broadens the scope of its news reporting.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

         Comparing with other major Chinese newspapers in the country, a unique feature of the Economic Daily is its in-depth coverage and excellent analytical articles. Since its publication, the Daily has published many high quality analyses of the industrial trends, market movements and macro-economic situations, which not only won a high reputation for the paper itself in the Chinese media circles  but also played a very positive role at the different stages of the country’s economic reform.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

          As a nationwide newspaper, the Daily is currently printed seven days a week in 27 major cities across the country which can guarantee a timely delivery to the domestic readers in most areas. Along with the launch of China Economic Net, people now can read the Economic Daily from its online edition 24 hours a day. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        On 8th<\/sup> June 1998, the Economic Daily Newspaper Group was formed. By far, it consists of two subsidiary publishing houses, a printing services center, a correspondence college, and 18 different publications with more than 1,800 full-time employees as a whole. Except the Group’s flagship-the Economic Daily, the other publications include China Flower & Gardening News, Spotlight Times, China Fashion News, Securities Daily, China Building Materials News, China Fashion Weekly, China Entrepreneur (bimonthly), China Economic Information (bimonthly), Economy (monthly), and China Textile News.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

         We were highly impressed in the progress and developments  made by The Economic Daily.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

          After Beijing, we visited Kunming. In Kunming we got the opportunity to meet the Vice President of Yunnan Journalists Association and officials of Yunnan Province on 20th<\/sup> Dec. 2010 Monday. On the same day, we visited Yunnan Daily Press Group including Yunnan Television Station. Mr. Chai Hong Bio gave us the progress of Yunnan Daily Press Group.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Activities of Yunnan Daily Press Group<\/span><\/u><\/strong> <\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n

    <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Yunnan Daily started its publication on 4th<\/sup> March 1950. Yunnan Daily Press Group was established on 13th<\/sup> September 2001 with the approval of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Press Office of the State Council.Yunnan Daily Press Group owns nine newspapers and three periodicals including Yunnan Daily, Spring City Evening Paper, Dianchi Morning Paper, Digest Weekly, Daguan Weekly, Times for Nationalities, Yunnan Economic Daily, Yunnan Science and Technology Daily, Yunnan Legal Daily, Socialist Forum Monthly.These newspapers and periodicals which constitute Yunnan Daily Press Group’s report and publication network have covered the whole province with a daily circulation of over 500,000 copies in Yunnan.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        At the same programe Vice-President of Yunnan T.V. Station Mr. Zheng Gang gave us the progress and achievements of Yunnan Television Station  of  China.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Popularity of Yunnan Television Station<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/u>         Yunnan Television (YNTV) began broadcasting on 1st<\/sup>  October 1969. It has six channels, including Satellite Channel (YNTV-1), Economic & Life Channel (YNTV-2), Travel and Nationality Channel (YNTV-3), Sports & Entertainment Channel (YNTV-4), Movie Channel (YNTV-5) and Public Channel (YNTV-6). YNTV Satellite Channel began its broadcasting by satellite in 1989, one of the first provincial level TV stations in China to do so. <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

YNTV currently broadcasts programs through the eighth transmitter of Satellite Asia-Pacific 1A. Besides China, 43 countries and regions around the world can receive signals of YNTV. By the end of June 2000, the TV station achieved 86.8% program coverage in Yunnan Province. YNTV can produce different programs: news, education, culture and entertainment. In addition, YNTV also produces various TV series, galas and sport events. Most of the galas and sport events can be broadcast live.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

YNTV-1, the satellite channel focuses on news. Its major programs include Yunnan News (Yunnan Xinwen), Yunnan Report (Yunnan Baodao), Today’s Topic (Jinri Huati), Yunnan Sketch (Yunnan Jishi), Meet in Yunnan (Huanju Yunnan) and New TV Weekly (Dianshi Xin Zhoukan). YNTV-2 focuses on economy reports. Among its programs are Economy Report (Jingji Baodao) and Reading (Dushu). YNTV has four studios and employs automatic broadcasting systems. A nonlinear editing system is used in the later stage of its programming. Signals are transmitted via microwave from the broadcast-monitoring center to the satellite uplinking station and the launch pad.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

          During our meeting with them  in their office, we came to know that Yunnan T.V. are interested to install the Yunnan T.V. station in Kathmandu also to promote further the friendly mutual relations between our two countries as they have in Laos, Vietnam, Thai and Myanmar. Yunnan T.V. is quite popular in China. Besides that Yunnan T.V. is getting more popular in many countries of the world. On the same day Yunnan Press Group and Yunnan T.V. jointly hosted a grand reception with warm Lunch in honour of us in Kunming.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Visit  in  STONE FOREST, YUNNAN<\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

         Likewise, we visited the Stone Forest in Yunnan Province where thousands of Chinese as well as foreigners were looking the different places of Stone Forest. While walking in this biggest and wonderful place, we got the opportunity to see many ASHIMA ( young girls ) also.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The Stone Forest is situated in the Lunan Yu Autonomous County 126 kilometers southeast of Kunming. A typical karst formation, the Stone Forest covers an area of more than three hundred square kilometers. Kunming is nicknamed City of Spring due to the fact that it is covered all year round with the rich verdure of trees and plants. Endowed with a pleasant climate, the city’s 15,000 square kilometers of land is adorned with more than 400 kinds of flowers. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The Stone Forest dates to the Ming Dynasty and is consider by some to be the First Wonder of the World. Scientific research has shown that what is now the Stone Forest was 270 million years ago an immense expanse of water with a vast stretch of limestone sediment formed over the years on the seafloor. As a result of the crustal movement, the seabed rose gradually and a large piece of land thus came into being. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

         Exposed to rains and winds, eroded by the elements, the limestone ranges were shaped by time. About 200 million years ago numerous stone peaks, pillars, and stalagmites rose abruptly from the ground and towered into the sky, extending now as far as the eye can see, looking like a vast forest of stone.Major Stone Forest, Minor Stone – Forest and Naigu Stone Forest, all of which feature stones in various formations. Animals, plants, and even human figures can be found here. Some are elegant, some are rugged, and each is lifelike with its own distinguishing characteristics. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Subterranean Stone Forest in Zhiyun Cave – an underground stone forest distributed among several caves and occupying a total area of about three square kilometers (720 acres). Strange Wind Cave – composed of Penfeng Cave, Hongxi Spring and an underground river. From August to November, gales lasting two to three minutes sweep out of the cave every 30 minutes. Long Lake is a karsts lake that is three kilometers (two miles) long but only 300 meters (zero point two miles) wide. The lake features underwater stalagmites and stalactites and a small island in the center of the water. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Nier-Er: Founder of Chinese Music         <\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

          I got the opportunity to visit many times and many places of the Great China, but this is first time to visit and see the Yuxi City and Dayingjie, the biggest village of Yunnan Province where we enjoyed a lot. Our special thanks to ACJA for giving the chance to us to see and visit the different historical places including Yuxi Nieer Memorial Hall also. Nie –Er, Yuxi is the founder of Chinese National Anthem. Nier is also one of the Chinese people’s musician.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In the hot, brutal Sino-Japanese war, China was a rising star music one by one, Nie Er, he raised the banner of the masses of music, the music reflects the aspirations of the masses of people, played in the war to organize the masses, educate the masses . Against the aggressor role; his music, scroll with the same anti-Japanese national salvation of the situation. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Nie Er is China’s standard-bearer of the proletarian music.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Nie Er seems to be born with a note from childhood to music on the show special interest and superhuman abilities, and his name is generally more than two ears, a music career began to extraordinary temperament, in music to give us create a new Chinese music is the national voice of the road one by one representative of his, he is the epoch-making composers.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

         Nie Er although born in Kunming, Yuxi County, but the origin is his primary school certificate and normal (equivalent to high school) diploma is complete origin of Yuxi. North Gate Street, Yuxi City, State 3 is the former residence of Nie Er’s ancestral heritage. 1902, Nie Nie Er’s father, David Instrument practice resident in Kunming, Shi Street opened in the end "into Spring Church" in the pharmacy.         Nie Er’s grandfather called Peng Shou Shan, Dai, originating Yuanjiang people. Asan County to help small street to the landlord put horse, grow up, get married in Asan, Asan county Datang children living in the edge of rice wine for a living by doing. Kind generosity of the elderly, to see her daughter come home with three grandchildren were very happy.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

          The grandmother with his mother back to visit relatives, there are several things to Nie Er unforgettable. The first boat through the water even with water every day, "five hundred in Dianchi Lake," so he opened the horizons and see the beauty of the landscape Zuguo Xiu. Second his grandfather made it myself eat sweet white wine. This is Nie Er his life, the most eaten the most delicious sweet sticky rice liquor. The third is the first time he knew his grandfather was "put clothes family" back to Kunming after his mother told him not allow anyone to say this because there is no ethnic minority people think highly at that time. Meanwhile, Nie Er saw Asian country. There are many shabby old thatched cottage, some as big as Yi and his bare butt baby, no pants to wear. All this in his young mind, sowed the seeds of national oppression of his later music, have a positive impact. At that time the family lived in Asian more than a week to return to Kunming.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        Lunar month in 1927 Malaysia and Singapore from December to July, Nie Er Yuxi back again with his mother to visit relatives. At that time, Nie Er had middle school. Because of family financial difficulties, one is to return home to find employment, two review of the use of holiday homework, exam preparation school. This time Nie Er in Yuxi wrote a diary 19. These diaries, note the time in his hometown, he saw, heard.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

February 1928, Nie Er 3 times to visit relatives back home, this time written two diaries. Nie Er also found time to listening to and reading Yuxi Yi Torch Festival lantern, colorful folk art performances which made him reluctant to leave.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

       22nd<\/sup> February 1930 is the first lunar New Year IV. Yuxi is to awaken the public in student travel, academic research in Yuxi youth under the unified organization would be back home organizing art propaganda show. At this time Nie Er has grown into a vibrant 18-year-old boy. This is his 4th back home.<\/span> Show the address selected villages in Yuxi Normal School playground, which is now the Yuxi Military backyard. Nie Er night, according to the same stage with the primary school in Yuxi County woman recalls Yang wave solution, Nie Er attend theatrical performances of "high-dwarf speech," "Flower Girl", "foreign girl dance", drama "Spring Boudoir, "and so on. He has played 3 times to play female angle also out of play when the curtain had for flute, performed ventriloquist, these spectacular performances to Yuxi has left a deep impression on the audience.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Nie Er is the pride of Yuxi. To commemorate him, Yuxi Municipal People’s Government is building a large-scale investment, momentum Bangbo, building clean, beautiful, "Nie Er Park". This park is not only showing strong modern colors, and condensation of the solemn beauty of the national style, the design fine wonderful, at first glance faction exotic scenery, take a closer look has revealed national spirit.<\/span> l985, the people of all donors Yuxi cast bronze statue of Nie Er. President of the Chinese Musicians Association read Nie Er Dian Lu Ji wrote a poem: "Yuxi elite education landscape, the Rebel a Fen National, old trail hard to find and statues brilliant Reed family."<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Visit in Yuxi City<\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

During our stay in Yuxi City, we also got the opportunity to meet Senior media persons from Yuxi Daily on 21st<\/sup> Dec. 2010 Tuesday. The Vice-President of Yuxi Daily Mr. Li Weidong gave us all the details of Yuxi Daily. We were very highly impressed on the development and progress made by Yuxi Daily within a short period. On the same say, on behalf of the President of Yuxi Daily, Mr. Li Weidong gave us the warm dinner in honour of us. <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Friendly Relations between NJA and ACJA<\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

        <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        Nepal Journalists Association (NJA) and All-China Journalists Association (ACJA) have the exchange visit of journalists delegation since 1980. Accordingly, the first Five members NJA delegation under my leadership visited China from 5th<\/sup> March to 19th<\/sup> March 1980. Likewise, under my leadership the NJA delegation visited China from 21st<\/sup> May to 5th<\/sup> June 1982,  from 15th<\/sup> March to 29th<\/sup> March 1986, from 17th<\/sup> May to 31st<\/sup> May 1989, from 4th September. to 13th<\/sup> September. 1992, from 6th<\/sup> July to 15th<\/sup> July 1997 and 14th<\/sup> September. to 23rd<\/sup> September 2003. NJA is very proud to send the Nepalese journalists delegation to China time to time. It is a great honour and proud for all of us. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        At the invitation of NJA, five members Chinese journalists delegation led by Mr. Meng Fan, Director of Xinhua News Agency visited Nepal from 22nd<\/sup> March to 2nd<\/sup> April 1983.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

       Mr. Kong Mai, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Journalists Association visited Nepal leading the Six Members journalists delegation from 26th<\/sup> March to 6th<\/sup> April 1987 at the invitation of NJA. Likewise, leading Five members journalists delegation, Mr. Tang Fei, Member of the Secretariat of Chinese Journalists Association visited Nepal from 11th<\/sup> April to 18th<\/sup> April 1992 at the invitation of NJA.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        The Vice-Chairman of Guangzhou Daily Newspaper Mr. Lai Nanchi visited Nepal from 4th<\/sup>September. to 10th<\/sup>September.1998 leading seven members  Chinese  journalists delegation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

         Under this programme, the five members Chinese journalists delegation led by Honorable President of All – China Journalists Association  Mr. Shao Huaze had visited Nepal at the invitation of NJA from 23rd<\/sup> March to 28th<\/sup> March 2006. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

About All-China Journalists Association<\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

        <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

       Situated at No. 7 Zhushikou East Street, Chongwen District of Beijing, All-China Journalists Association (ACJA) is a national non-governmental organization of China’s press circle. Its predecessor, China’s Young Journalists Society was established in 8th<\/sup> November 1937. As a national non-governmental organization, ACJA has 217 group members including national media like Xinhua News Agency, the People’s Daily, CCTV etc., local journalists, professional journalists associations and major institutions engaged in journalists education and research.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The supreme decision-making of ACJA is Board of Directors with five years in each term. The Board is elected by the group members, consists of heads of media organizations, press elite and outstanding editors, reporters and program hosts. The Chairman and Vice Chairmen are elected by the Standing Committee of the Board. The Secretariat is appointed also by the Standing Committee, is in charge of Association’s daily affairs.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

ACJA has the Domestic Work Department, the International Liaison Department, the Office for Taiwan, Hongkong and Macao Affairs, the Internet Center and the General Office. ACJA has so far in various forms established exchange and cooperation with many foreign journalist associations and press organizations.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        We also visited the Central office of ACJA in Beijing. In that building we saw the different photos of Chinese who were actively worked for journalism development.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Conclusion <\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

During our visit to Great China, apart from social-economic prosperity, we have found full political stability, full freedom of press, full utilization of human rights, full public level enjoyment of democratic principles and ideas and materialization of the concept of all round development in China. These unusual achievements which are being accomplished in China are the result of the intimate and inter-related relationship among the Chinese Government, the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people. These relations have further nurtured on mutual faith and trust which is like the relationship between fish and water. Every programme of the Government and the Party is people-oriented. The Chinese people are fully determined to develop China under the leadership of Chinese Government and Party.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

On the occasion of Sixty Fifth Founding of Worker’s Party of Korea, at the kind invitation of The Government of DPR of Korea, while we were going Pyongyang from Beijing by train on 5th<\/sup> October 2010, we also got the opportunity to see many constructions works were going on in China. It is also a great proud of us.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The Chinese people have achieved that stage when China has become a heaven on the earth. It is all because of the trust that subsists between the people and the Government. Let me say gratefully that wherever we visited in China, we were extended very hearty and warm welcome and accorded kind hospitality which will be never forgotten. We were so overwhelmed by the kind hospitality that we could not feel how the seven days we passed in China.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

        Nepal and China are very close friendly neighbours. The relations between Nepal and China are as old as history itself. Our relation always remained not only cordial and cooperative but also steady and stable. Our relation is so closed and cordial that is described as all weather relation to mutual benefit. We, the Nepalese people like and love the Great China. We respect and regards to Chinese people and the Chinese Government. We have to learn many lessons from China to save our sovereignty and to develop our country.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding Tibet, we would like to mention here that Tibet is an integral part, province and parcel of China. In Nepal, we will not allow any activities that aim at disturbing Chinese Suzerainty over Tibet. The soil, water, air and even climate of Nepal will never be allowed to be used for anti-Chinese activities at any cost in our country. We Nepalese regard Chinese not only as our old, most reliable and trusted friend but also one who always stand by Nepal both in wail and weal. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

In regard to Nobel Peace Prize, we have criticized the Norwegian Nobel Committee for awarding Nobel Peace Prize to Liu Xiabo, a Chinese criminal who sentenced to 11 years in prison on the charge of subversion of the state. The Committee’s decision for awarding the prize to a convict like Liu was in gross violation of the principles of the Peace Prize, a flagrant challenge to China’s judicial authority, offended the Chinese people and invited heavy doubts over the motivation, seriousness and credibility of the prize. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

During our recent visit to the Great and lovely country China, we have learned a lot. We have returned our country after a one week successful visit from China with a great memory.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

During our visit in Beijing, Kunming and Yuxi city, we have tasted many sumptuously Chinese dishes, and all these dishes we enjoyed this time are still on our tongue.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

We express our sincere thanks for the warm and grand Dinner hosted by Mr. Gu Yong Hua, Executive Secretary and Member of the Board of Leadership of ACJA in honour of Nepalese journalists delegation in Beijing on 16th<\/sup> Dec. 2010. There are so many impressions which cannot be explained and expressed here. The only thing we could say is that we learnt a lot and yet we have to learn much more from China.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        During our stay in Beijing, on behalf of NJA, we have   extended our invitation to ACJA for sending Six members Chinese journalists delegation to visit Nepal this year. This invitation we had formally extended to Mr. Gu Yong Hua, Executive Secretary and Member of the Board of the Leadership of ACJA during the welcome grand dinner hosted by ACJA in honour of our delegation in Beijing. This invitation was warmly accepted by ACJA.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

        Our sincere thanks to Executive Secretary Mr. Gu Yong Hua, Deputy General Director Mr. Su Haihe, Deputy Director Mr. Wang Juyi, Mr. Li Hao, Mr. Liu Rui, and Ms. Na Risha. Likewise our thanks to Mr. Zhang Bingshun for the trouble he took in making our visit so happy and successful by accompanying us throughout the journey till we left China. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
